Motty Rotman Declared Winner of Hakol Habah Singing Competition

The frum Israeli singing competition “Hakol Habah – The Next Voice,” produced by  David Fadida of FDD Productions and Radio Kol Chai with its host Menachem Toker has come to an end with a definitive winner.

During the course of the competition, tens of competitors auditioned on the stage opposite a panel of judges including Dr. Mordechai Sobol, Ohad Moskowitz, Aryeh Broner, Chaim Yisrael, and Adi Ran, with guest appearances of Yossi Green, Moshe Laufer, Benny Friedman, Itzik Dadya, and others. All auditioners were trying to win the hearts of the judges and merit the title of “Hakol Habah – The Next Voice” in the Jewish music world. The winner was promised to record a full album produced by Eli Klein and Yitzy Berry.

Now the final stage has taken place, in the famous “Binyanei Haumah” in Yerushalayim. It was a dual between the last six left in the race, Motti Rotman, Moshe Chadad, Reuvan Beker, Shmuel Harary, Avigder Roth and Yossi Mark.

In the end, Motty Rotman was chosen as Hakol Habah – “The Next Voice.”

People cannot get over his similarity to music king Mordechai Ben David. Motty sounds just like MBD at the start of his music Career, the oilim was saying.

Others were saying that Motty definitely is the winner for Chasidic music, but for Sephardic music, Moshe Chadad earns the title.
