Lechem Comes to Williamsburg | Yoilish at Rosemary With Moti Schlesinger

Lechem Sourdough is now baking fresh inside Rosemary! 🍞

Yoilish goes behind the counter with owner Moti Schlesinger: real sourdough, crispy challah and a huge oven right in the store.

They taste the sourdough, the braided challah, focaccia, rolls and baguettes, the sourdough crackers, babka and rugelach, the dips and the gluten-free corner.

Plus Moti’s tips: how to keep your challah fresh for Shabbos, and how to reheat it so it tastes just baked.
