Would You Move to Lakefront? the Good & the Bad – Tzvi Balzam's Ride Part 2

Tzvi Balzam is back on the bike for Part 2 of his unfiltered ride through Lakefront, the new frum community by Lake Okeechobee, Florida 🚲🌴

No filter, no sales pitch: inside a ~$700K home and backyard, the brick houses going up, the lake and ponds, and his honest questions about drainage, irrigation and safety for kids. Then Tzvi answers the big one: why Lakefront and not Monticello?
Yoilish brings you the real picture, the good and the bad.
