ברדק – ברדק בגן | Bardak in Kindergarden
In this Bardak sketch, during Covid lockdowns in Israel, a police officer discovers a classroom with several adult men and a teacher inside a nursery building. The officer intends to issue a citation for violating Covid regulations, but the man in charge claims that it’s a legitimate kindergarten that’s allowed to be open according to regulations. The officer expresses disbelief that these are grown men in a kindergarten, to which the man responds indignantly, accusing the officer of religious persecution for discriminating against them simply because they stayed in kindergarten a few years longer. The officer promises to investigate the matter further, while the men, seated on small toddler chairs, begin to sing a children’s song.
