Pan Fried Salt & Pepper Lokshen Kugel

Today I’m preparing a delicious pan-fried salt and pepper Kugel. It’s crispy on the outside and has the perfect balance of salt and pepper in the inside. The best way to serve it is Erev Shabbos fresh out of the pan while it’s still crispy!
