Back in Bloomingburg β Homes Ready to Move in (Part 3)
Yoilish went back to Bloomingburg, NY, together with developer Sruel Chaim Berkowitz, to see the latest progress β and itβs amazing!
ποΈ 60 homes finishing now
π§ Work started on 200 new units (earthwork & infrastructure)
π‘ 25 homes ready to move in, just waiting for O&R Electric
Low taxes β’ Everything walking distance β’ City feel in a village setting
We also visited the villageβs own sewer plant β a major benefit for the community β and saw firsthand how it all works.
The Mosdos got approved for vouchers, meaning no tuition limit.
Things are moving fast β a beautiful community in full growth!
