In it, he describes how hard his Rosh Yeshiva fought for him — going as far as taking his case to a Din Torah by Rav Shmuel Birnbaum זצ״ל, Mir Rosh Yeshiva — simply so he should know that someone truly believed in him and was willing to fight for him.
