#wineandspice: a Delicous Heirloom Tomato Carpaccio for Summer!

It’s the summer of carpaccios! First up, Mechy takes one of our favorite ingredients, the amazing tomato, and creates SUMMER BLISS! Grab a bottle of our Pet Nat and MAKE THIS RECIPE! And stay tuned for two more recipes this week. L’chaim!

Heirloom Tomato Carpaccio
Ingredients:
2 large heirloom tomatoes
1 shallot, thinly sliced into rings
1 bunch fresh basil, finely chopped
3 tbsp Clos Mesorah olive oil
1 tbsp Tuscanini balsamic vinegar
1 tsp Pinch My Spice Three Seasons Blend

Instructions
1.⁠ ⁠Slice the tomatoes as thinly as possible using a sharp knife or mandoline.
2.⁠ ⁠Arrange the tomato slices in a single layer on a serving platter.
3.⁠ ⁠Scatter the shallot rings evenly over the tomatoes.
4.⁠ ⁠Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
5.⁠ ⁠Season with Three Seasons Blend
6.⁠ ⁠Finish with freshly chopped basil and serve.
