#wineandspice: a Delicous Heirloom Tomato Carpaccio for Summer!

Heirloom Tomato Carpaccio
Ingredients:
2 large heirloom tomatoes
1 shallot, thinly sliced into rings
1 bunch fresh basil, finely chopped
3 tbsp Clos Mesorah olive oil
1 tbsp Tuscanini balsamic vinegar
1 tsp Pinch My Spice Three Seasons Blend
Instructions
1. Slice the tomatoes as thinly as possible using a sharp knife or mandoline.
2. Arrange the tomato slices in a single layer on a serving platter.
3. Scatter the shallot rings evenly over the tomatoes.
4. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
5. Season with Three Seasons Blend
6. Finish with freshly chopped basil and serve.
